Our refund policy extends for a period of 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your account must be in good standing and you must have completed less than 15% of the enrolled curriculum. Refunds requested after the 14-day window will not be considered under any circumstances.

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Downloadable study tools, digital syllabus indexes, and one-on-one mentorship sessions already conducted (or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice) are exempt from refund. Promotional bundles and heavily discounted courses are considered final sale.
4. How to Request a Refund
Submit a request via our contact page or WhatsApp, outlining your reason for cancellation and including your receipt or proof of purchase. A support representative will respond within 48 hours.
